Performance Management System for School Heads
The system is an online platform that will be used to manage the performances of school heads. The development of the system is an initiative and brainchild of Dr. Meilrose B. Peralta, ASDS, who serves as the Rater of the School Heads/Principals.
This system will also be made as one of the initial steps of SDO Kidapawan City for its preparation towards achieving PRIME-HRM Level 3 (Integrated HRM). The system developer is Engr. Manuel Phillip M. Caoile, Jr., the Division Information Technology Officer.
